DO NOT COMPLAIN!

Do not complain about anything ever, it does you no good, it does not make people like you or want to help you and it is a breeding ground for negativity
If conditions are not ideal for you, make them better if it is within your power.
If it is not within your power then make them most of what you have.

Second day : Gear checking and Briefing

Today I had spend most of the morning sleeping , tried to recover from the long trip so after my breakfast I went back to sleep and worked up and instead of going site seeing I remained in the hotel reading .
Afternoon at 4:00 pm  we met our chef guide , for group gear checking , so that we all have right gears and incase we have problem , we will have to run to the store before we leave tomorrow, I had problem with my  sleeping bag which he said is not warm enough for Aconcagua mountain which is cold mountain and to be sure I make to the summit he advised me to go and rent another sleeping bag and some of the guys have more stuffs missing but we were able to sort everything out, the guys who had their gears checked before were able to help us to get good deals on the rental stuffs.
After we had team briefing, and we were able to ask all the questions we needed to ask the guides.
We had finished with dinner .

Climbing Aconcagua the highest in South America

It had been busy since I came back from South Africa I did a couple of ultra , trail races , marathons and climbing mönch , Jungfraujoch , Mont Blanc , plus  my normal job I could not sit down to write .
However I left Geneva yesterday for Buenos Aires , where I arrived safely but the 17H 30 left me too tired to write my thoughts about the trip .
Since I did not booked hotel before coming to Buenos Aires ( Argentina) l had too look for hotel in the middle of the night but all worked well , that made me go to bed at 1:00am local time and woken up at 3:30 to my next destination to meet up with my teammates who I will get to know for the first time and will be my family the next 20 days .
Today the weather is beautiful 23 degrees where I came from in Geneva was zero degrees  but am still too tired to enjoy the sunny day because we left Buenos Aires at 6:50am and got to San Juan airport at 9:30 am and had bus ride to Mendoza and got here at 12:30 noon .
After checking in hotel which I had booked before coming , I went straight to bed to try to rest but I found myself too tired to rest so now am here writing.
However I will meet with my team members tomorrow evening because I happened to arrive before then.

When you dare to look failure in the face,!

The quality I truly admire in people is real courage . Not so much the courage associated with taking physical risks , although I admire this too, but the courage that dares to risk failure.
When you dare to look failure in the face , success is sure to come to you . This is because failure will never immobilize you.  Failure will never cause you to avoid taking the kinds of risks that bring spectacular success.
Instead failure will galvanize you to try harder until the day arrives when success is yours

Nothing is impossible !

Nothing is impossible . It is only your attitude that makes you believe that something can't be done or achieved. When you you believe you achieve a goal, you will . It really is that simple. You are what you believe. So today I want you to delete the word " impossible " from your vocabulary

Run with your heart!

Running is about finding your inner peace, and so is a life well lived .
Run with your heart.
I turn to running for strength, I heard the calling , and I went to the light.
I reminded myself that pain and suffering are often the catalyst
I reminded myself that pain and suffering are often the catalysts for life's most profound lessons!
